Jessica commenced her career in corporate and private sector administration until, after ten years, a desire for change in 2009 led her to undertake a Bachelor of Education and Diploma of Management. She is currently completing her Master of Business Administration. Jessica's current role is to co-ordinate academic activities and contributing faculty from The Alfred Emergency & Trauma Centre, Trauma Service and the National Trauma Research Institute. Together these groups represent the largest and most-active, specialised emergency and trauma academic unit in Australia. Jessica is responsible for setting and delivering group strategy, team leadership and designing/delivering learning content in health administration. Jessica has been specialising in emergency and trauma administration for eight years including a two year stint in the Middle East co-ordinating the development of emergency care programs and services nationally across Qatar.
