When you registered as a participant for the course, you may have been asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, phone number or credit card information.

How do we protect your information? »

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal and transaction information when you register as a participant for The Procedures Course.

All personal and transaction information on our websites (and payment gateway) are encrypted during transmission using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

During a transaction, your sensitive payment information (card number, etc.) is securely transmitted to our payment gateway provider and is not stored on our systems. Your remaining registration information is securely stored, and is only physically accessible to those with special access rights.

How long do we keep your information? »

After you have completed The Procedures Course, your information remains in our system for a period of time.

Order information Personally identifying order information is saved for a period of 1 year from the date of order.

Contact messages When you contact us, your contact messages are saved for a period of 1 year from the date sent. By request, we will remove your personally identifying information from our systems at any time.

Do we use cookies? »

We believe that cookies should be for eating, and not for capturing your private information for marketing purposes. We do use session cookies to enable access to the website, and these are deleted when you log out.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties? »
